Q: What if I don't like the website?
If you don't love your site at launch, we refund your setup fee. This applies to the Be Seen, Be Found and Be Remembered plans. Just let us know in writing within 7 days of launch. See our Terms for full details.

Q: What happens if I cancel?
Everything that belongs to your business stays with you: your domain name, your Google Business Profile and reviews, your content, and your leads and customer list. Your website also stays live for 30 days after you cancel, so you have time to move.
Many of our clients see an increase in their Google reviews within the first 30 days of using our service. The exact timing depends on the volume of customer interactions your business has.

Your plan continues month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
No, our plans are subscription-based with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalties.

Yes. Our Google Business Reputation Management plan covers local SEO, your Google Business Profile, and automated review requests for $247 a month, with no new website required.
