AiPEXsites Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Miguel Angel Torres, doing business as AiPEXsites ("AiPEXsites," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Elk Grove, California, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies when you visit aipexsites.com, request a free website audit, fill out a form, receive our emails, calls, or text messages, join the AiPEX Mindset Growth Network, or use our website, marketing, and AI services (together, the "Services").
Our Services are built for businesses. We do not sell products to consumers for personal or household use.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
• Contact and business details: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, website address, trade or service area, and job title.
• Account and project information: logos, photos, written content, service lists, pricing, business hours, login access you grant us (such as Google Business Profile manager access), and your approvals and feedback.
• Billing information: billing name, billing address, and payment details. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: emails, texts, form submissions, chat messages, and notes from calls with us. If we record a call with you, we will tell you at the start of the call.
• Network information: if you join the AiPEX Mindset Growth Network, the answers you send to The Pack Brief reply questions and any asks, offers, or spotlight details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our providers collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and the time and length of your visit. We collect this through server logs, cookies, and Google Analytics (see Section 8).
Information from public and other sources
To prepare free website audits and business outreach, we review publicly available information about businesses, such as a business website, Google Business Profile, Google Maps listing, public reviews, and public business directories. We may also receive information from people who refer you to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
• Provide, build, host, maintain, and support our Services, including websites, lead forms, missed-call text-back, review requests, AI chatbots, and AI receptionists.
• Prepare and send free website audits, audit videos, and homepage mockups.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and send service updates.
• Process payments, send invoices and receipts, and manage your account.
• Send marketing emails, and text messages where you have given consent.
• Run the AiPEX Mindset Growth Network and The Pack Brief newsletter.
• Understand how our website is used and improve it.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, spam, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
3. Free Audits and Business Outreach
We contact businesses we believe may benefit from our Services. Before contacting a business, we may review its public online presence and record a short, personalized audit video using screen-recording tools such as Google Vids. Audit videos are sent only to the business we are contacting and are not published.
If you would like us to stop contacting your business or to delete an audit we prepared, email [email protected] and we will honor your request.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
• How you opt in: we send text messages only to people who give consent, such as by checking an unchecked consent box on our forms or texting us first. Consent is never a condition of buying any Service.
• Types of messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, account and service updates, and, if you agreed to them, marketing messages.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message. We will send one confirmation and then stop.
• For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Email and Calls
• Email: every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.
• Calls: we make live, manually dialed business-to-business calls. We do not use prerecorded or artificial-voice messages for outbound sales calls. If you ask us not to call, we add your number to our internal Do Not Call list.
6. AI Chatbots and AI Receptionists
Some of our Services use artificial intelligence (AI) to answer website chats and phone calls for our clients.
• Disclosure: our AI chatbots and AI receptionists identify themselves as automated assistants. Calls answered by an AI receptionist begin with a notice that the call is being recorded and may be handled by an AI assistant.
• Recording and transcription: AI receptionist calls are recorded and transcribed so the business can review the conversation, confirm bookings, and follow up. Chat conversations are also saved.
• Third-party AI technology: these conversations are processed by our technology providers to generate responses and transcripts.
• Please do not share payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information with a chatbot or AI receptionist.
• Accuracy: AI responses can contain errors. Always confirm important details, such as prices or appointment times, directly with the business.
7. Information We Handle for Our Clients
When we provide Services to a business client, we process information about that client's own customers, such as quote requests, chat conversations, call recordings and transcripts, phone numbers that receive missed-call text-backs, and contact details used for review requests. When we do this, we act as a service provider to our client under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
That means we use this information only to provide the Services to our client and as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell it, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for our own marketing.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a privacy question or request, please contact that business directly. We will help our client respond to it.
8. Cookies and Google Analytics
Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device, to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it.
• Necessary cookies make the site and forms work.
• Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and how pages are used. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device, and browser. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• No advertising cookies: we do not currently use remarketing, advertising pixels, or cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
• Your choices: you can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
• Do Not Track: our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common industry standard for them. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, even though we do not sell or share it.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:
Service providers who help us run our business and only use the information to perform services for us, including:
— GoHighLevel: CRM, website hosting, forms, email, text messaging, booking, and AI tools.
— Stripe: payment processing.
— Google: Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and Google Vids.
— Telecommunications carriers and messaging gateway providers: text and voice delivery.
— AI technology providers: powering our chatbot and AI receptionist features.
• Our clients: information about a client's customers is shared with that client (see Section 7).
• Network members: we feature a member in The Pack Brief, or introduce members to each other, only with that member's permission.
• Legal reasons: to comply with a law, court order, or valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AiPEXsites, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: if our business is reorganized (for example, into a corporation or LLC), merged, or sold, information may transfer to the new owner. This policy will continue to apply to it.
• With your permission for any other purpose.
10. How Long We Keep Information
• Client account information and project files: for as long as you are a client. After cancellation, we keep your website live and your data available for export for 30 days. We then delete client data within 90 days, except as described below.
• Billing and tax records: up to 7 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Call recordings, transcripts, and chat logs: while the client's account is active, unless the client deletes them sooner. They are deleted along with the account.
• Prospect and outreach information: until you ask us to stop contacting you, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum needed to honor your request (such as your email or phone number on a suppression list).
• Website analytics data: up to 14 months.
11. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. These include access controls, secure third-party platforms, and encrypted payment processing through Stripe. No method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
12. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"), to the extent the CCPA applies to us:
• Right to know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
• Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
How to make a request: email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request," or write to us at the address below. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching details you give us with information we already have. You may use an authorized agent, but we may ask for proof that you authorized them.
Categories of personal information we collect (past 12 months):

California "Shine the Light": we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
13. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for businesses and adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Links to Other Websites
Our website and the websites we build may link to other sites, such as Google or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will notify clients by email before the changes take effect.
